Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and Accurate Mechanical, the locally owned and faith-based mechanical contractor serving Central and South Central Ohio since 1977, are proud to announce the opening of a second Lancaster location at 512 S. Broad Street, Lancaster, OH 43130.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Tuesday, April 21 at 4:00 PM at the new address. The community, local partners, and customers are welcome to attend and celebrate alongside the Accurate team.
The new facility will serve as home to Accurate Mechanical's hydronics division and a portion of its commercial team. It also features a state-of-the-art sheet metal shop and prefabrication shop — a significant investment that expands the company's in-house manufacturing capabilities and positions Accurate Mechanical to take on more complex commercial projects with greater speed and precision.
"Lancaster has been a part of who we are for a long time, and this expansion is really about doubling down on that commitment," said Brian White, President of Accurate. "When we can fabricate more in-house and put our commercial team under one roof with the right tools, we take better care of our customers — and that's always been the point."
Accurate's original Lancaster location at 566 Mill Park, Lancaster, OH 43130 remains fully operational. The two facilities together strengthen the company's ability to deliver residential and commercial mechanical services across the region.
