High School Programs
Paid Internship Program
For 11th & 12th Grade Students
This isn't your typical internship. We currently have 11 interns in our program, and we'll select only 3-4 for permanent positions. Think of it as career boot camp – you'll rotate through every department to understand our business while we evaluate your potential.
What You'll Experience:
- Hands-on rotation through HVAC, plumbing, sales, and administrative departments
- Real workplace responsibilities and expectations
- Mentorship from experienced professionals
- Competitive evaluation process (yes, it's challenging – that's the point)

- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Professional attitude and communication
- Genuine interest in building a career with us
How to Apply: This is a competitive program with limited spots. Applications require demonstrated interest in the trades and strong references from teachers or previous employers.
Job Shadowing/Ride-Alongs
Limited Availability - Application Required
Want to see what a day in the life looks like? Our ride-along program lets you shadow experienced technicians to understand the reality of working in HVAC and plumbing.
Program Requirements:
- You must apply yourself (not your parents)
- Written application including a short essay about your interest in the trades
- Professional attitude and genuine curiosity
- Limited spots available throughout the year
What You'll See:
- Service calls with experienced technicians
- Customer interaction and problem-solving
- Use of tools and diagnostic equipment
- Real workplace challenges and solutions
Adult Career Development
Company-Paid Apprenticeship Program
Ready to learn a skilled trade? Our apprenticeship program combines hands-on experience with formal training, giving you the foundation for a lifelong career.

Externship Programs
School Partnership Opportunities
We partner with local vocational schools for 100-hour externship programs. While unpaid, these programs let us evaluate potential future employees while students gain real-world experience.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in qualifying vocational program
- School coordination and approval
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Understanding that this is a working interview
