Today 10/19/2022 I had my gas furnace replaced. I have nothing but praises to give Accurate for their professionalism, as well as the two gentlemen Chris and his co worker they sent to the house to replace the furnace.
They were facing a pretty daunting task removing a 28 year old gas furnace that was in a very narrow attic. Having said that, they knocked it out of the park. Not only did they get it done, but went a step above and beyond the call of duty. ( I will not go into details of what they did, because every situation is different and I do not want people expecting what they did for me to happen to them. I believe my situation was just a fluke ) but these two guys, seen the situation and got right on the phone to recommend to Accurate what needed to be done, Accurate Stepped up to the plate, and again went above and beyond the call of duty in addressing the issue. When stated by Chris what they were proposing, I had to step back and really process what was happening, not out of worry or concern, but out of humbling myself that a company would go above and beyond to do this for the general consumer. I really had a humbling moment in their words as well as actions, It gave me, someone who is a bit of a pessimist about companies and their business practices a little bit of hope.
Chris and his co worker, were in every sense of the word, professional, easy to talk to, and very down to earth. As someone who struggles with believing in people, more so companies, I would highly recommend Accurate Heating and Cooling for hvac work, Those guys have earned not only my respect, but also, a huge recommendation from me.
To Chris and the guy that was out here with him, ( didn't catch your name ) I applaud you two for doing what you did, You two have a bright future ahead of you, and you should be proud of yourselves that you did not compromise nor take short cuts to get the job done.
