New Chillicothe customers called in to rave about the service they received from residential techs, Brad Simpson and Ryan Munion. Although they wished to remain un-named, they did want to let us know what a great job Brad did in finding the problem, fixing it and being a mentor to newer tech Ryan.

Washington Court House, Ohio

Mrs. Trout from Washington Court House called to say thank you to residential tech, Brad Simpson for getting her heat working again over the weekend! She said he was "so nice, courteous and friendly".

Waverly, Ohio

Misty Bock of Waverly called this morning to let us know how much she appreciated service technician, Cody Pennington. She had originally called one of our competitors who turned out to be a no show. She called us, Cody went Tuesday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and with her approval returned on Wednesday to make the repair. Ms. Bock said Cody was very respectful and she really appreciated that and how quickly we responded.

Southern Ohio

Commercial customer Mike Mulford with Columbia Gas called in this morning with high praise for Service Technician Mike Heinlein. Mr. Mulford was very pleased with the professionalism Mike showed to the office staff as well as the info he gave Mr. Mulford when the service call was complete. Mr. Mulford also said he's worked with many hvac companies and very few have ever bothered to call him to advise him of the service call status. He said he really appreciated our company.

Kingston, Ohio

Mr. Bob Parker from Kingston called this afternoon saying because of technician Raymond Woodgeard being so polite, knowledgeable and friendly, we have earned his business for any future work. He really appreciated our quick response to his need for service and the professional way Raymond took care of the problem.

Tarlton, Ohio

Received a call from Russell Glenn, of Tarlton, He stated that Mike Heinlein was very professional. That he came in, got right to work and found two different problems – then he fixed them right away.

Ashville, Ohio

Georgia Nunemacher – Ashville – She said that she continued the contract that the previous owner had had on her home and she is very happy that she did so. She said that Ray the service tech who serviced the units is super nice, fantastic, genuine. That he comes in and gets his job done and takes care of everything. It’s all good – she doesn’t have to worry. She enjoys having him come out every year and he always lets her know when he will arrive. Not many people know how to close the gate so that the animals don’t get out – she said she loves that! She also went on to say that Ray is always happy, always courteous. That he asks her how things are going – very personable. That he truly connects with people.

Circleville, Ohio

Karen Laquinta, Circleville – She said that Kevin was very friendly, that he talked to her the whole time he was working; explaining everything to her. She said that not many people would go the extra mile like he did. That she has a disabled family member in her home and Kevin made sure her unit was up and running before he left. She wants to be sure he gets the credit and recognition that he is due – he made her feel like she’s #1, which is exactly how she should feel.

Wilmington, Ohio

Ms. Janet Grace Mayer called our Wilmington office today with lots of compliments for our technician Cody Bolin. She doesn't want any other techs to come to her home. Said she trusts Cody and all of his expertise! Ms. Mayer says we are #1 in her book!!!

The generator is in and had a test run! Now waiting for electric to go off to get a true test. Both the gas and electric contractors were excellent. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. They represented you and Accurate very well.

Now comes the hard part paying you. Do we send you a check or will a statement be coming? Just let me know. Thank you for your expert advice and being patient with all our questions. I certainly would recommend you to anyone thinking of installing a generator.
