SERVICE PLAN 2   The "Labor Saving" Plan Includes: Annual maintenance inspection of the heating and/or cooling system No charge for most labor performed during normal working hours (8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Saturday) Reduced after hour labor rate of $49 10% Discount on replacement parts Emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year Top priority service status *Agreement does not cover: condenser coils, evaporator coils, compressors, heat exchangers or the labor to replace them.

SERVICE PLAN 3 The "Peace of Mind" Plan Includes: Annual maintenance inspection of the heating and/or cooling system No charge for most labor performed during normal working hours (8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Saturday) Reduced after hour labor rate of $49 Repair or replacement of most parts at no additional cost Emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year Top priority service status *Agreement does not cover: condenser coils, evaporator coils, compressors, heat exchangers or the labor to replace them. ** Does not include refrigerant.

COOLING SYSTEM Clean condenser coil, as needed. Lubricate condenser fan motor. Check compressor. Check electrical components. Check wire connections. Check line set. Check thermostat. Check sub base. Lubricate blower motor. Lubricate blower bearings. Check belts. Check blower wheel. Check refrigerant pressures. Check refrigerant charge. Check temperature drop across evaporator coils. Check air filters. Leak check system if low on refrigerant. Check air conditioner condensate drain.

HEATING SYSTEM Replace Thermocouple. Clean pilot assembly and orifice. Check gas valve. Lubricate blower motor. Check blower belt and wheel. Adjust gas pressure, if needed. Adjust combustion air. Check safety controls. Check flue condition and draft. Check electrical connections. Visually check heat exchanger. Clean dirt and dust from burner compartment. Check for proper temperature rise. Check thermostat operation and calibration. Check and clean flame proving sensor. Inspect duct condition and air flow. Replace or clean air filter. Clean all drain lines in high efficiency units.
