     More than thirty years ago, Accurate began in Chillicothe as a vision of current President and owner Tom White. Within two years, the business expanded into a new building and added several employees. Accurate now  proudly serves Ross, Pickaway, Pike and Fayette counties with over 40 employees and our main office at 3001 River Rd., Chillicothe.

    Our Residential department offers new construction or add on/replacement installations backed by our highly qualified service technicians. We offer 24-hour service on all makes and models. With our diverse line of equipment (Bryant, Trane, Payne and Water Furnace), our sales staff can design a system to meet your indoor comfort needs.
